Freelance.com automatically alerts all of its contractors by automatic email to encourage them to update their CV (every 90 days)
In concrete terms, how can the Business Managers help me to find the most suitable candidate?
The Business Managers have mastered to perfection all search engines and the data base belonging to the freelance.com group.
I posted my job offer a little while ago but I’ve only received a few applications – what happens now?
Your offer probably contains one or two criteria that are too exacting or too precise (price, location, timeframe, etc.) and these will have dissuaded contractors from applying.
Some suggestions are:
- lightly modify your criteria in order to increase the number of responses;
- you could opt to use the freelance/corp. model and then benefit from the assistance of a Business Manager who will support you in all stages of the selection process, the evaluation of contractors and their hiring.
