Freelance Group management team
Since October 2015, Cyril Trouiller has been supervizing all of the group’s activity as the Chief Executif. Lately, he recently handled the last fund raising and the fusion project with CBV Ingénierie’s umbrella business (composed of AD’Missions, Savoir-Faire, Sage International and Ergonos). Under his impulsion, Freelance group is evolving at a fast pace. He triggered a new commercial impulse that helped KPIs and results to get better. He also made sure the offers and services of the group were coherent and unified. Finally he brought back innovation into the group with a new ambitious R&D policy and the launch of Lab Freelance.
Cyril Trouiller has a scientific and business background (he studied engeenering at Ecole des Mines and did a MSc. at McGill University). He started his career in 1995 at Framatome (now known as Areva) then became a consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick. He founded and run the consulting firm ADELANTE (France, Suisse and Canada). Then his firm was bought by the German firm Itelligence AG, subsidiary of the Japaneese group NTT Data. He then took part of the Global Leadership, while keeping runnin the French subsidiary for which he steer the acquisition of the consulting firm ACA. Throught this acquisition he double the company size.
Deputy Chief Officer - Strategy and Business Development
Olivier MARTIN has got a double degree in business (Groupe ESC Reims-NEOMA) and in applied mathematics. He started his career in 1995 in media companies. First at Grap&Gides (Lille), then Carat (Paris), where he founded Carat Business in 2002.
In 2007, he joined the French digital cashback company Webloyalty, where he stayed for 5 years. During those years he worked closely with ecommerce players. He was responsible of the platform development and more particularly of the retention strategy.
He joined AD’Missions in July 2012, as the Chief Officer. Under his direction, the group AD’Missions, grew from 45 to 90 million euros of revenue. AD’Missions rejoined Freelance Group in January 2017. And so Olivier MARTIN became Deputy Chief Officer in charge of Strategy and Business Development.
Deputy Chief Officer
Claude Tempé is a passionate man. He loves sciences, technologies, sport and adventure. His professional life is nourished by those passions and his enthusiasm.
He studied at Paris Dauphine university and aquired a MSc in applied mathematics. After that he went travelling all around the world. He then started his professional career at Matra Marconi Space in 1996. He had the chance to work on satellite construction and learn how to manage a project. He then took part of the set up af a new information system, managing a team of SI consultants. This new experience led him to a new direction and a new company, Ernst&Young where he worked 3 years. It then drove him to create his own consulting firm, CARTEM.
After developping it he sold it in 2003 to Alti Group (120M€ of revenue), and litle by litle became Deputy Chief Officer. Ten years later, the wanderlust stung him again, so he left with his family to travel around the world. We he returned, he joined Tata Consultancy Services as Head of France, for Utilities, Energy, Telco, Media and Public Sector.
Today, he his part of Freelance Group’s adventure as Deputy Chief Officer. He sure aim to make it the leader of the employment market transformation.
